What is the normal process to get my custom order?
You can either send us your own designs or use our product templates to layout your designs.
Once received, we will work on a virtual visualisation for your final approval before we begin production.
If you are not sure about what you are looking for, we will send you a form to help you to describe your graphics ideas. Based on that guideline we will propose you a free design within 5 working days.
CAN I PUT ANY GRAPHICS ON MY CUSTOM ITEMS?
Graphics are applied by dye sublimation. This technical process gives a superior look, a sleeker finish and guarantee that colours will not wash out and fade. There is almost no limitation within the sublimation process.
LIVERY® reserves the right to decline any request that includes profanity, any trademarks violations, or any material that does not fit with the LIVERY® Brand.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE MY CUSTOM ORDER SHIP?
Our orders are ready to ship after 10 working days. On top of that you have to add an average of 3 days shipping for orders to be dispatched almost anywhere in Europe (1 day for Spain).

WHAT IS A HEAT PRESS PATCH?
Heat press patches are made from a special vinyl applied through a special process.
ARE THOSE PATCHES DURABLE?
Thanks to our special material and exclusive process, heat press patches don’t fade off and hold up very well under stress.
With an excessive use, as it is true for everything, deterioration happens.
We normally recommend the use of these patches on your competition GI only.
ARE THEY IBJJF AND UAEJJF APPROVED?
Yes.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Ask for quotation since every work has it own specificities.

HOW TO START TO HAVE MY CUSTOM PATCH?
Artwork: It need to be sent in vectorial format (AI / PDF / EPS).
Fonts: When name, we need you to send us the used fonts.
Sizes: Maximum width 30cm.
Authorisations: You will be asked to provide written permission from people / Brands that own the logo you want us to press.
